Preliminary review of available data for ecosystem accounting of terrestrial ecosystems of Armenia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our analysis showed the following:
– Until now, at the national level, the task of creating ecosystem accounting<\/a>, including a full accounting of the state of ecosystems and ecosystem services, has not been set;
– There is enough of data available for the territory of Armenia to start a pilot project to develop a methodology for ecosystem accounting including ECOSYSTEM EXTENT, ECOSYSTEM CONDITION and ECOSYSTEM SERVICES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– the public cadastral map<\/a> of the Cadastre Committee<\/a> of the Republic of Armenia is located on E-services platform<\/a> (temporarily unavailable);
– data of state forest inventories on the site of the State Forest Committee<\/a> are not publicly available<\/p>\n\n\n\n
